Calloplesiops altivelis

Its body is dark brown to almost black, covered with tiny, bright white pearl-like spots. Its dorsal, anal, and caudal fins are very large. Behind the dorsal fin, near the tail, there is a very distinct bluish-black false eye (eyespot), often with a yellow ring at its base.
